Bay Discovery Centre
Located on the beachfront in Glenelg, Bay Discovery Centre is a state-of-the-art interactive science center designed to inspire young learners about science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). The Bay Discovery Centre, located in Glenelg, South Australia, is a hands-on and interactive museum and educational center. The museum features a collection of artefacts and artwork that depicts the history of South Australia. The interactive aspect comes from exhibits like the Tree Logger, which simulates the climbing experience of a tree-surgeon, or DigiPlay which lets users explore interactive displays and shows. The museum is open seven days a week and free to enter.
Bay Discovery Centre is a venue in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong with a variety of services including exhibition spaces, a theatre, a restaurant and a rooftop garden. It is located at 2 Science Museum Road, between Salisbury Road and Canton Road, in the Kowloon area. There are some good opportunities to get creative at the Bay Discovery Centre. You can design your own online space, build your own video game and create a comic book from scratch. With the virtual reality glasses can you try a spacewalk and climb the CN tower.
There is a coffee shop and places to eat. There is a swimming pool, a skating rink, a gym, a walking track, a running track and a climbing wall. There is a place to buy tickets, a ticket agency, a taxi rank and a hairdresser. There is a post office, a bottle shop, a bank, a bar, a hotel, a newsagent, a hair salon and a shop. There is a place to buy groceries, a supermarket, a bakery, a butchers, a deli, a fish and chippery, a video store and a bottle shop. There is a place to hire a car, a bike, a boat, a boat trailer, a tent, a caravan, a van.
The Bay Discovery Centre has been around for a long time and has a lot of programs available for all ages. These programs include the Bay Sailing School, the Bay Aquarium, Discovery Centre Camps, Community Boating Programs, Guided Tours, and more. The Discovery Centre is a great place to learn about the Bay and has so much to offer.
There are no admission requirements. You do not need to be a Berkeley student, live in Berkeley, be in Berkeley for any purpose, or have any connection to Berkeley or the Bay Area. You do not need to have any prior experience with civic innovation. You do not need to have any previous knowledge about cities or urban planning.
The Bay Discovery Centre offers a variety of services, educational and recreational programs. In addition, the Centre is available for rental for special events, meetings, conferences and seminars. Formal admission is required to participate in many of the Centre’s programs.
The British Columbia Bay Discovery Centre accepts children as young as three years of age. Admission is free. The Bay Discovery Centre is open from mid-May to mid-October each year, with extended hours in July and August. If you wish to visit outside of the regular operating season, please call the Bay Discovery Centre at 250-658-9551. The Bay Discovery Centre is a community-based non-profit organization. We rely on support from the local community to keep our doors open. Admission is free, but donations are encouraged
There are two levels of admission to the Bay Discovery Centre. Level 1: Regular admission is $11.00 per adult (age 12 and older) and $8.00 per child (age 3 to 11). Children under the age of 3 are free. In addition to general admission, there is also a Naturalist Tour admission for $ 25.00 per adult (age 12 and older) and $20.00 per child (age 3 to 11). The Naturalist Tour is a comprehensive tour of the Centre’s exhibits and programs. On this tour you will learn about our aquatic biology, the St. Lawrence River, and the famous Samuel de Champlain. You will also receive a free gift with your admission.
Explore the cool waters of the North Pacific and discover new species at the Bay Marine Discovery Centre. This unique centre offers a variety of summer camp programs for kids and teens. Camps are offered in a variety of sessions: full day, half day, or weekend camps. Campers can choose to focus on marine biology, underwater photography, marine robotics, sport fishing, marine science, and more! Parking in Bay Discovery Centre. The Bay Discovery Centre, located on the corner of Front St and Bay St, and the Bay Adelaide Centre are connected by a walkway, and shopping at the Bay Adelaide Centre is a great way to spend a leisurely afternoon. It is also the easiest way to access the Underground City. Parking underground is simple and convenient. Enter the parking garage from Bay St at the Bay Adelaide Centre.
The underground parking is accessible from Front St. Enter the parking garage at the Bay Adelaide Centre and follows the ramp down to the underground street level.
